Susanne...
A Photographic Memory
In 1992 Susanne entered the floral design industy, not as a florist but as an artist. Susanne was not a business woman but a loving mother of 5 beautiful children. She was raised by parents who were artists and writers, so "creating" was in her DNA. Susanne's education was also in the arts. Taking after her parents Susanne is naturally gifted with an eye for color and design. She also possesses a love of people, a kind soul and the "patience of a saint" as some would say.

Once Susanne was ready to start her own career she worked in a local flower shop owned by a friend. She fell in love with the wedding part of the floral industry and was officially hooked. Sadly after 5 years the shop closed and she went back home to figure out her next endeavor. It did not take long for a mother of one of her brides to track her down and call her at home. She pleaded with Susanne to design her daughters wedding flowers "even if you do them in your kitchen sink". Susanne was next contacted by the owner of a local wedding venue. He told her she had a floral business in the making and she better come up with a name soon because he was going to start recommending her to all of his brides!
Susanne's Weddings was officially born in March of 1997. Here we are in 2023 and Susanne's Weddings Floral Design Studio is one of the most successful and distinguished wedding businesses in Southern New Hampshire.
